Owners Management Company (OMC) Restoration
Where an Owners’ Management Company – as defined by the M.U.D. Act, has been struck off voluntarily or was struck off for failure to file annual returns, it may apply for restoration by filing within six years of the date of dissolution. This differs significantly from the usual twelve month rule.
However, certain documents certified by a Solicitor or Accountant will need to be supplied in addition to the usual annual returns and accounts.
